Corn on the Cob

Summer time means cooking lunch for me and my 7 year old sister every day. This may seem like a burden for many, but for me, it's a joy! Today we went to our neighboring supermarket Genuardi's and got 4 ears of bi-colored corn. They looked so fresh, so juicy and so delicious. I managed to get all 4 ears of corn for only 66 cents. What a bargain!

The easiest way to cook whole corn is definitely boiling. Just drop them in a pot of boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes. My instinct was right; they were indeed extremely juicy and very satisfying!
